1-Cut out sidewalk in order to make it lower to tunnel under the house. We also have to get around the big drainpipes under the house.Ref code MBMHDY
2-Tunnel 5 tunnels under the house so we have access to all piping and the crawlspace.
3-Heavily spray the crawlspace with an EPA certified mold killer, Mold Stat Plus on all the wood members including the floor joists, the beams, and sills.
4-Sanitize and disinfect the crawlspace with Jo-Max and RMR on the entire crawlspace. We will use the deck brushes to scrub the crawlspace including the floor joists beams and sills. In order for the dead mold spores to drop to the 3-mil plastic so we can discard it.
5-Lay down the 6- mil vapor barrier and stake down to the earth.
6-Install a perimeter wrap around the perimeter of the subfloor to slow down the heat from escaping.
7-Lay down several sheets of plastic to capture all the dead mold spores and cart away after all the mold spores are killed.
8-Set up a 500,000 BTU indirect heater to dry the moisture out of your subfloor. We will be there every morning to fill up the diesel fuel, take moisture readings. We remove the duct work before drying out. Once the floor joists, beams, and sills are dried to lower than 10% moisture, we will be ready to spray foam.
9-Diesel fuel for the indirect heater.
10-Spray a heavy application of Bora Care on every single wooden member of the house. We have to let this dry for 4-5 days using fans. We will spray foam with closed cell
