Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

On or about March 3, 2023, LK Harmon Arcitects, Ms. Loretta Harmon applied for AQ4DST, 23-06484-RNVN a permit to remodel, relocate, install and plumb 2 new floor drains, "new equipment" includes single use 2 dishwashers, and an cooking OIL tank with recycling. The plumbing was competed by Jack O. Wilson, Jr. LMP-619. Permit #23-28430-PLMB. The "new" equipment was/is leased from Restaurant Technologies Rocky Harris 985.974.6839. Rharris@rti-inc.com, Jason McAllister with Performance Foods, 225-202-0282 and EcoLab Company leased the dishwashers. I have reached out to Ms. Harmon who advised, we could pay her 100$ per hour to close these open permits/requests; however, she said we could close ourselves. Successful closed 1 permit with Mr. Rudy Knoll Monday, August 4, 2025 pertaining to the building structure. Attempting to close the above permit, suggested by Bryce Solomon to open a NEW permit and find the work, drawings, reciepts, etc. This request is to move the permit to me so I can upload documents and have the already completed work inspected and permitted and ultimately closed as to OPEN for business. The VENTHOOD was installed in 2012, it has NOT been moved. It is inspected twice a year as required.
