To install two new windows and associated window trim at existing window openings in the alleyway where the windows were removed without permit.
Windows and trim to exactly match the one remaining window in the alleyway
Windows to be wood, true divided lite, 12 lite windows
Windows and trim to be painted to match existing
All work as per materials stamped VCC approved 08/21/2025

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
