To apply a layer of Storm Guard leak barrier "Ice and Water shield" self-adhesive modified bitumen base membrane over all decking., installing new 1 1/2" faced factory painted 26ga. steel drip edge style eave trim on eaves and gabled ends of roof, installing new lead and galvanized steel flashings to cover the plumbing and heating unit vent pipes, installing two new 14 inch aluminum wind turbines, reinstalling the existing metal flashings at the joinings and reinstalling the metal base flashings to the three chimneys. To furnish and install new GAF Timberline HDZ 30 year factory warranted "Limited Lifetime" laminated style (Architectural) fiberglass asphalt shingles with matching hip and ridge shingles over entire roof area.
