Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Remove all vegetation from the entire exterior of the building. Remove any unused wires from exterior of the building then properly secure any remaining wires and conduit then paint to match building. Remove any string lights from the exterior of the building. Reconnect and properly secure gutter downspout on left alley side of the building. Replace missing trim below balcony deck boards and rotten trim above window on the front of the building. Repair damaged stucco on the front of the building. Repair the damaged post/column on the front of the building. Clean, sand, caulk, prep, prime any bare spots, then repaint the entire front facade of the building.
