Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

This project involves general repairs and renovations to an existing two family being converted into a single-family residence. The scope of work includes updates and improvements to multiple interior and exterior areas, aiming to enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Interior Renovations:
Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry Room, and Closets: General renovations to improve layout and finishes (e.g., cabinetry, fixtures, and surfaces as applicable). Sheetrock repair, and full repainting.
Flooring: Re-finishing of existing hardwood or other floors throughout the residence.
Windows: Preparation and repainting of window trim and/or frames to restore condition and improve appearance.

Exterior Repairs:
Decks: Repairs and repainting of exterior decks to restore safety and durability.
Porches: Renovation of both front and side porches, including: Replacement of any rotten decking boards. Installation of appropriate waterproofing materials to ensure long-term weather resistance and structural integrity.
