ALL WORK TO MATCH EXISTING
Replace rotted balcony boards, to match existing
repair stucco where necessary using VCC approved stucoo and mortar mix
repair damaged/deteriorated shutters, to match exisitng
repaint where necesssary to address paint deterioration on multiple building elements, all colors to match existing
Paint downspout to match walls
remove vegetation
remove unused wiring, secure any remaining loose wiring and paint to match the building,
remove string lights
remove floodlights
remove hardware from signage.
ALL COLORS TO MATCH EXISTING
Shutters will be Kale Green,
Downspouts and walls will be Windham Cream
NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than 30 days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work.
