Renovation (Structural) Permit

2-We discovered in front of the house a large concentration of termites. We will replace the entire front of the house.
1-Discovered on the master bedroom side of the house the rim joists must be replaced with 6x6x12 beams, they were destroyed from extensive termite damage. The house must be carefully jacked up with 20- ton jacks3- Facing the house on the entire left side we also discovered termites. We removed 2 feet up, but we will need to go up 2 feet more for proper discovery. We will repair all damaged cypress, we will calk, putty and sand all open seams, and repaint with top quality Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams exterior paint.
4- Replace front steps, design to enter from the side.
4- We removed the cypress wooden strips in the back of the house and there are no signs of termites.
