Remove old shingles and felt down to bare roof. Replace any rotten decking. Install 2 layers OC Rhino synthetic felt over entire roof installing OC Rhino ice and water in valleys and around chimney and penetrations. Install drip edge and OC Starter strips on all shingles on all rakes and eves. Install OC Duration shingles ( approximately 20 squares with waste, color estate grey) over entire roof installing OC. pro edge on all hips and ridges. Install new plumbing boots. Install new chimney flashing. Install low profile vents for ventilation. Install new 6” half round gutters on all rakes. Install new crown molding on front of house only once gutter is installed.
