VCC General Work Permit

Renewal of permit 24-01890-RNVN as follows:

To renovate rear building as per Architecture Committee approval of 02/27/2024 and materials stamped VCC approved 04/03/2024. Work includes:
• Installation of brick pavers in courtyard between main and rear buildings
• Replacement of existing balcony guardrail post with new full height posts extending to roof above. Posts to be detailed as shown in plans
• Installation of new millwork including wood true divided lite double hung windows, wood French doors with true divided lites, and board and batten shutters
• Installation of two new AC condensing units located under existing exterior stairs. NOTE: All line sets for AC to be run on interior of building. No line sets to be run across exterior face of building/under balcony/etc.
• Prepping and painting the building and all building elements. This permit prohibits the application of the following exterior coating materials and paints: sealers, ceramic coatings/paints, elastomeric coatings/paints, waterproofing/water repellent coatings.

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
