Remove old shingles and felt down to bare decking. Redeck entire roof with 15/32 CDX plywood using 3” ring shanks. Install OC Rhino synthetic felt over entire roof (2 layers) installing OC Rhino ice and water in valleys, around chimney and penetrations. Install drip edge and OC Starter strips on all rakes and eves. Install OC Duration shingles (approximately 41 squares with waste. Color estate grey) over entire roof installing OC Pro Edge shingles on all hips and ridges. Install new lead plumbing boots. Install new flashing around chimney. Remove 2 turbines and replace with 2 dolor power vents. Install ice and water and step flashing around skylights. Replace some rotten facial on one side of house. Install new gutter clips where needed to realign gutter back to correct location. Apply GAF Uniseal white coating over 1 square metal overhang. Haul away all project debris
