Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Remove debris from inside house. Remove damage drywall. Remove damage sub flooring. Replace all electrical switches & outlets. Replace all light fixtures. Replace smoke detectors with smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. Hang, tape, float and texture drywall. Install R13 insulation in the walls. Prime & paint drywall’s. Install base and shoe moldings throughout the unit. Replaced damage doors & install new exterior doors. Replace damage kitchen cabinets & countertop. Replace damage windows. Install new vinyl flooring throughout. Re top concrete on porch and paint. Replace all supply and return ducts. Detach and reset plumbing fixtures.
