Remove old shingles and felt down to bare decking. Replace any rotten/damaged decking. Install drip edge and OC Starter Plus starter strip on all rakes and eves. Install two (2) layers OC Rhino synthetic felt over entire roof installing OC Rhino ice and water in valleys around chimneys and penetrations. Install OC Duration shingles (Estate grey approximately 28 squares with waste) over entire roof installing install OC Oro Edge shingles on all hips and ridges. Replace plumbing boots. Install 750 vents for ventilation. Haul away debris. Mix and apply a sand, limestone, cement mixture and apply to mortar joints on parapet walls. Remove old Torchdown flat roof down to bare decking. Replace any rotten/damaged decking. Install GAF Stormguard on flat roof. Install GAF iso-board onto flat roof using mechanical fasteners. Install drip edge around flat roof. Install GAF 60 mil grey TPO onto flat roof using GAF TPO bonding adhesive.
