Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Complete electrical renovation for a two-family residential structure located at 2739–2741 Benefit Street, New Orleans, LA 70122.

Scope includes installation of two new 200-amp service panels (one per unit) and full rewiring of both units.
Approximately 60 new circuits will be installed to support dedicated lines for HVAC systems, kitchen appliances, general and task lighting, and receptacles.
Work includes wiring for laundry areas, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas as indicated in the detailed building sketch.
Additional installations include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors per code.
All work will comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC), the City of New Orleans Municipal Code, and applicable safety and energy efficiency standards.
