1-The front right pier is damaged. Replace the front pier on the right side of the house. Jack up the house with 3, 20-ton jacks. As seen in picture #7. 2-Replace 6X6X12 sill in front of the house that is damaged. We will also use 3-4, 20-ton jacks to replace the new sill. As seen in picture #4 above the crawlspace. 3-Replace 1, 2X12X16 floor joists that are broken. We will notch the ends into the sills and not sister it. As seen in picture #7, inside the crawlspace. 4-Re-build the stairs and the railing the same as the other side of the house. Picture #9 will be the same as picture #10. 5-Front door framing needs to be replaced to close properly. As seen in picture #3. 6-Replace 3 pieces of siding on the right side of the house. We are going to caulk, putty, sand, and paint the same existing color. As seen in picture #11 7-Tranisition piece that goes under the door from one side of the house to other prevents water from getting in under the doors. Replace the damaged area. As seen in picture #12 & #13. On the inside in front of the house above the damaged crawlspace. Cut out the shoe moldings baseboards and 2 feet up of the drywall. We will Investigate and see if there's any mold, moisture, or any internal damage. We will need to cordon that area with plastic from the top to bottom of the area. Once it’s perfect we can put in new shoe moldings and baseboards. We will install sheetrock, caulk, puddy, tape, mud, sand texture and paint.
