To make repairs to building and correct violations as per materials stamped VCC approved 07/07/2025. Work includes:
• Repair/replacement of gallery fascia and decking, purlins as necessary and all to match existing
• Repair/replacement of exterior door components and window trim to match existing
• Repositioning of existing out of place gallery post
• Removal of unpermitted window unit AC and reinstallation of previously removed transom window
• Reinstallation of a pair of louvered shutters on the N. Rampart elevation
• Painting of back flow preventer and other plumbing components to match adjacent wall surface
• To prepare for painting by washing using a low water pressure (400 psi max) and/or sanding (rotary sanders cannot be used), making minor millwork and masonry repairs as necessary to match existing conditions (masonry mix must be soft, with maximum Portland cement content not to exceed 1 part to 12) and to paint as follows to match existing conditions: 
• Walls: SW Chatroom, 6171, flat or satin finish
• Wooden elements including doors, windows, frames: BM Atrium Whites 79, semigloss
• Shutters: BM Essex Green 9643
NOTE: All shutter hardware to match adjacent surface; hinge attached to shutter should match shutter color, and hinge attached to trim should match trim. Shutter hardware should not be painted black. Additionally, outriggers under balconies or galleries should be painted white as they are not decorative ironwork elements.
