Per attached materials stamped VCC approved 07/03/2025:
Remove non-historic built in planter, reusing bricks as needed for paving. Regrade courtyard pavers and extend channel drain where planter is removed. No other alterations to drainage or permeability.
Install new 8'-0" lattice mechanical screening at rear of property, approx. 142" wide. Post locations must not conflict with existing brick corbel foundations at service ell wall or courtyard fence. Leave at least 6" space between screening and adjacent walls. Back prime and paint screening to match shutters. Screening must not interfere with shutter operation. Panels must be removable for mechanical maintenance and should either be screwed or mounted with discrete hinges for access.
