Brick, mortar, stucco repair. / Remove A/C unit and infill with matching brick. / Repoint entire front brick wall (ground floor + gallery level). / Repoint alleyway. Unit 3 back wall - remove delaminating stucco, repoint underlying brick, apply new stucco. / Repair deteriorated parapet tops, remove old material and apply stucco and install proper caps / Attic Exterior Wall - remove delaminating stucco, repoint underlying brick, apply new stucco. / Chimneys ( 3 total) remove stucco on all 3 chimneys, repoint and re-stucco and cap all 3 chimneys with proper caps / Materials: Vieux Carre - approved white mortar, reclaimed brick, all materials matched to existing pattern and design, per the Vieux Carre association
