The proposed project is a new carousel enclosure in Joe W. Brown Park. The enclosure is to include a full scale, operational carousel, a concession and tickets stand (for selling prepackaged goods - no food prep), and gathering areas around the interior and exterior of the carousel enclosure. The carousel includes a roof and walls to protect from the elements, but is not an air tight enclosure. New electrical and plumbing service are to be run to the carousel enclosure.
