VCC General Work Permit

Repair, replace, and add piers as indicated on attached plans stamped VCC approved 06/30/2025. Sister joists beneath as needed. Replace any damaged siding as needed; any new siding must be natural wood and match existing in size, profile, dimension, reveal, attachment, material, color, finish, hardness, and exposure. Back prime and paint all new wood to match existing.
Any deteriorated, cracked, or broken bricks shall be replaced to match existing in color, size, material, porosity, detail, profile and exposure.
All reinstalled masonry must be properly "toothed in" to existing masonry wall, using VCC mortar formula (attached). All stucco must be VCC formula, per attached. Prepackaged mixes are NOT allowed.
