VCC General Work Permit

Per attached materials stamped VCC approved, 06/27/2025:
Structural work at exterior egress stair, landings, interior, and roof. Any masonry or stucco repairs per VCC typical detail sheet. Liquid approved membrane at rear stair landings to be medium gray; must not be applied to masonry.
Replace roof with natural slate per attached boilerplate. No metal cap flashing permitted.
Modify courtyard drainage as indicated.
Install new HVAC platform and wall mounted unit.
NOTE: Unpermitted rooftop deck NOT included in current scope. Second floor door must remain and NOT be removed and infilled with masonry.

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations but does not address all existing Vieux Carré Commission violations. Additional application(s) need to be submitted within sixty (60) days to address remaining violations. Failure to do so may result in this property being scheduled for an administrative adjudication hearing and subject to fines. Work under this permit shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 180 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
