Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

The general scope of work for this project is to renovate the guestrooms, guestroom bathrooms, parlor rooms, corridors, elevator lobbies, and vending areas as noted in the drawing and specifications on floors 14-20, 26, and 27 of the Hilton Riverside New Orleans Mainside building one. This work includes, but is not limited to replacing floor, wall, and ceiling finishes. The scope also includes removal of existing FF&E items, and installation of new FF&E items as noted in the drawing and specifications, Scope also includes updating existing ADA guestrooms to be compliant with current 21010 ADAAG guidelines. There is no change to life safety or egress as part of this scope. All work to be done as per plans.
