VCC General Work Permit

To install new masonry wall and wood gate at the front property line, per Architecture Committee approval of 04/08/2025 and materials stamped VCC approved 06/25/2025. Work includes:
• Construction of new 8’8” tall CMU wall to be finished in metal lath, a two-coat stucco finish, and painted to match the building walls of 828 Toulouse
• CMU wall and piers to be topped with precast cap
• Installation of a new 8’8” tall sliding wood gate on a steel frame
• Repairs to the fire damaged building including repair/replacement to a double hung window to match existing
