VCC General Work Permit

To install new rooftop mechanical equipment on orange-rated rear building, per Architecture Committee approval of 05/06/2025 and materials stamped VCC approved 06/25/2025. Work includes:
• The installation of two new mini split condensing units on the roof of the building
• Running of the associated line sets for the units across the roof and down into an internal conduit. No line sets to be run on the exterior walls of the building
• Removal of the existing through wall mechanical equipment from under a ground floor window
• Repair of the area of the removed equipment with brick and stucco to match the adjacent wall surface
