Renovation (Structural) Permit

Renovation of and addition to a single-family dwelling as per plans. New plumbing, insulation, HVAC, windows, doors, roof, and some new electrical to accommodate floor plan changes in the interior. Repairs to existing sills, piers, siding, and floors. New kitchen and bath cabinetry and fixtures. New sheetrock and paint. Move the rear wall of the home 3' to rear (approx 110 SF to be added) and extend the original shotgun home's roofline to the new rear of the home, and across the L-shaped portion on the left of the shotgun. Currently, the rear room of the home and the L addition have lower rooflines. Changing to a consistent roofline throughout. RAISE A/C UNIT TO THE HEIGHT OF THE FLOOR.

Resubdivision is required to be completed prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy

BEFORE COMPLETION OF THIS PERMIT: WE NEED A FEMA ELEVATION CERTIFICATE BFE +3.0 NAVD THAT SHOWS THE A/C UNIT RAISED TO THE BFE OF +3.0 NAVD
