Corrections & repairs to satisfy noted building violations by the CBD Historic District Landmarks Commission - Exterior Services Division. Violations are as follows: 1. Repair/ Replace all missing gutters & downspouts front and rear. 2. Remove all vegetation on all building walls where needed. Tuck point / stucco all noticeable masonry walls around complete building. 3. Remove all old deteriorated existing fire escapes. 4. Replace all broken rear window glass, complete window units and/or board windows after consulting with HDLC & DDD for approval. 5. Repair veneer facade at front left side.
