VCC General Work Permit

To retain (with modifications) a balcony on the Dauphine elevation of the blue-rated rear service ell, per Vieux Carre Commission approval of 05/14/2025 and materials stamped VCC approved 06/16/2025. Modifications include removing approximately 6’8” of the balcony, including any outriggers, and repairing the stucco to match the existing adjacent surface.

To retain three balconies on the St. Louis elevation of the orange-rated building at 832 Toulouse, per Architecture Committee approval of 02/27/2024 and materials stamped VCC approved 06/16/2025.

To remove two additional unpermitted balconies and repair the locations to match the previously existing conditions.
