Renovation (Structural) Permit

Interior renovation of an existing primary bathroom. Scope includes minor non-structural wall adjustments to improve layout functionality. The existing double lavatory will be replaced with two individual 70" lavatories—one at the current location and one at the site of the existing dressing table, with new plumbing installed accordingly. The floor-mounted toilet will be relocated and replaced with a wall-mounted unit. The shower will remain in the same location but be slightly expanded.
Work includes:
– New tile installation (floor, shower, curb, niche, bench)
– Painting throughout
– Updated lighting (sconces, recessed lights, exhaust fans)
– New switches, mirrors, and trims (door/window casing, baseboards, moldings)
– Custom cabinetry and stone countertops
– New plumbing fixtures, including rough-ins, valves, fittings, trim, and accessories
No HVAC modifications are anticipated.
Any additional adjustments required due to unforeseen conditions or specific fixture/material requirements will be addressed as part of the renovation process.
