VCC General Work Permit

To make various exterior repairs and correct violations as per materials stamped VCC approved 06/16/2025. Work includes:
• Repairs to damaged stucco as per VCC standard details (attached)
• Repair/replace to match existing damaged shutter
• Replace two existing light fixtures with new light fixtures
• Repainting the entire exterior of the building including walls, window and door trim, balconies, columns, etc. to match existing colors and sheens

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
