Renovation (Structural) Permit

Renovation to an existing 1- story single family home. Renovations to consist of siding, repair exterior framing, new ceiling joists, windows, doors, repair floor joists, flooring, drywall, insulation, cabinets, framing, electrical, and plumbing. To be built as per plans.


Remove the existing siding from the entire home. 3352SF Repair 448SF of framing on the left elevation ( by removing and replacing the damaged sill, stubs and plates) Repair 560SF of framing on the right elevation (by removing and replacing the damaged stubs and plates) Remove the existing wood flooring (1920SF). Then Repair the damaged floor joist and level the floor. Install 920SF of 3/4 plywood sub floor. Demo the walls and ceiling (remove the existing wood flooring and drywall from the walls and ceiling). Remove the existing kitchen cabinets, tub, vanity and toilet. Remove the rear lean too roof, bathroom fixtures (tub, shower, toilets, vanities) Electrical (light, fixtures, outlets, plates, panel box, wires) Electrician: as per contract Classic Plumbing as per contract
