The scope of work is limited to plaster over brick masonry trim and existing masonry and mortar repair only in locations as identified in the Contract Documents and subsequent elevations which denote the east elevation (Jena Street) of the historic Rosary Building. The scope may expand to areas of unforeseen masonry repair; contractor to provide unit price as identified in the specifications. Any potential repair work other than masonry which may include, but not limited to, windows and window trim, sashes, overhangs, eaves, gutters/downspouts and flashing, dental trim, and miscellaneous external conduits, piping, etc. shall fall under a future scope of work.
