New fortfied slate, TPO and mod bit roof per applicaiton and materials recieved1/27/25, revised 6/4/25 and stamped VCC approved 6/4/25.

new slate roof 18"x12" semi wethaering gray green per scope of work
roof hatch to be removed
remove and reset Chinee vent. close hole using plywood.
replace plumbing vents and paint to match, ALL NEW VENTS IN SAME LOCATION
Metal cap-flashing on the parapets or chimneys is not allowed
note MIDDLE ROOF AND NEW ADDITION
new modified bitumen flat roof system per scope of work
note GARAGE ROOF
new TPO gray in color per scope of work
Note: Trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs. All work must conform to standard VCC policies & guidelines. Permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapets, chimneys or surrounding walls. Torch-applied roofing is not permitted in the Vieux Carré.
