Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Scope of Work
Remove and haul away 1 layer of shingles and underlayment.
Replace up to 3 sheet osb for decking.
If additional sheets of OSB are needed the customer will be made aware of additional charges for repairs.
Install Storm Guard on valleys.
Install GAF feltbuster underlayment, and drip edge.
Install Pipe flashing. HVAC exhaust pipes and electrical conduit are not included.
Install Timberline HDZ (Basic color) shingles and Z - ridge (Basic color) Shingles on hip and Ridge.
Install Ridge vent or install Slant roof vents depending on roof design.
Paint roof Stacks and Pipe flashing.
Clean up and magnet sweep of the surrounding area after work is completed.
Will add Whirl bird to roof
Wall flashing, Counter flashing, Brick flashing, and roll flashing over porches are not part of a Basic installation but can be
install at additional cost for labor and materials.
