VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs and correct violations as per materials stamped VCC approved 12/05/2022. Work includes:
• Spraying any vegetation with herbicide and allowing plants to wilt for several days prior to complete removal
• Repair stucco as per VCC standard details (attached)
• Repair masonry as noted utilizing exactly matching bricks and mortar mixed and applied per VCC standard details (attached)
• Remove stucco from Dauphine elevation of main building that was applied without benefit of VCC review or approval
• Cover top of exposed chimney to match existing adjacent chimney cap
• Repair and reinstall shutters on the second floor of the Conti elevation
• Reinstall missing pieces of cast iron railing on the second floor of the Conti elevation
• Repair/replace deteriorated wood of soffit on the rear elevation of the main building

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
