6.Install new minimum 3/8" thick exterior-grade plywood (to match the overall opening size/shape) into existing exterior wood trim casing to more fully protect the mulled openings from water intrusion, as per attached window boarding detail. Paint all exterior plywood visible from the street
7.Repair missing/damaged/deteriorated wood window sashes
8.Repair missing/damaged/deteriorated gutters and downspouts
