Renovation (Structural) Permit

Permit to renovate interior of home including repair of termite damage to attic and foundation. Electrical and plumbing replacement. installation of drywall, kitchen and two bathrooms. installation of flooring and finish electrical and plumbing. Exterior work: removal of vinly siding and repair of wood siding. Repairs/replacement of roof. Replace windows with vinyl windows and repair wood windows on facade of house. Replace exterior doors and add colums and railing to front porch. Finish garage with new roof, garage door, exterior door and one window. Install driveway to connect garage to street. Installation of privacy fence around back yard. All work to be done as per plans.
