VCC General Work Permit

To renovate building and correct violations as per Architecture Committee approval of 04/08/2025 and materials stamped VCC approved 05/23/2025. Work includes:
• Repair/replacement of balcony outriggers to exactly match existing
• Installation of six new masonry wall ties on the Conti elevation of the main building. Ties to be 8” round plates and painted to match the stucco
• Removal of the existing downspout embedded in the masonry
• Infilling area of removed downspout by toothing in new matching masonry as per VCC standard details (attached)
• Installing new round downspout with new leader head to replace the embedded downspout
• Repair shutters, windows, trim, stucco, etc. all to match existing and as per VCC standard details
