VCC General Work Permit

Improvements to front elevation, correcting some work without permit, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 05/22/2025, including replacement of front doors, installation of smooth stucco header, and relocation of gas lanterns. Signage to be removed and permitted separately.

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations but does not address all existing Vieux Carré Commission violations. Additional application(s) need to be submitted within sixty (60) days to address remaining violations. Failure to do so may result in this property being scheduled for an administrative adjudication hearing and subject to fines. Work under this permit shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
