Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

1. Relocation/Manipulation of existing pews to allow access.
2. Refinishing Existing Pews (Including kneelers)
3. Relocation and protection of owner furnishings as needed
4. Demolition of existing ceilings and applicable contents.
5. New stained glass using partially salvaged existing and doing our best to match original. Includes safety glass (145 MPH Rated) and associated framing.
6. Removal of stained-glass window and framing to salvage remaining components and confirm measurements.
7. Artwork painting behind the altar. Background only, note the exclusion of gold leaf.
8. New acoustic ceiling, wood ceiling and light fixtures. Note matching stain/paint for wood ceiling replacement.
9. Demolition of existing tiles under pews and replacement. Ceramic tiles under pews in NAVE. VCT in rear Sacristy.
10. Replacement of missing border tiles ((4) 18” x 9”) with new tile and grout.
11. Replacement of wood floor and re-finishing of existing wood floor to match at choir loft.
12. Replacement of carpet flooring at choir loft under pews.
13. Historical plaster repair to damaged locations
14. Misc. Glazing & window repairs
15. Painting of interior as needed per drawings.
16. Painting of exterior of the church and grotto. Trim painting provided in Alternate 1.
17. Weekly cleaning for weekend Mass.
18. Final cleaning.
19. Polish of existing tile floor after all work is done.
20. Deodorize the car
