Renovation of an existing corner commercial structure to two residential units. this project was previously designed and permitted as a bar (21-35484-RNVN) on 11/15/22. since that time, conflict between the owner and contractor has resulted in the building losing its grandfathered zoning status and a bar is not permitted any longer. the owner has decided to renovate the building as two units. exterior work on this project is complete apart from light fixtures. the interior work involves demolition of several bathrooms that were built out for the bar patrons, and new work: unit A has three bedrooms; two existing bathrooms to be combined to create one bathroom with a shower; another new bedroom will have a new primary bathroom as part of a suite; a new kitchen will be installed; the former housekeeping closet will become the utility room. unit B has one bedroom; the bathroom as built will remain the same; a new kitchen will be installed.
