VCC General Work Permit

To install new inground swimming pool and renovate courtyard paving as per Architecture Committee approval of 04/22/2025, Vieux Carré Commission approval of 05/14/2025, and materials stamped VCC approved 05/20/2025. Work includes:
• Remove existing stone paving in the area of side yard closest to the street and install new Pennsylvania Blue Stone in same location
• Remove existing stone paving in secondary space behind existing planting beds and adjacent to existing service ell and install new St. Louis brick paving
• Construct new 10’ x 20’ swimming pool with brick coping level with the other brick paving of the space
• New pool to reach a maximum depth of 4-1/2’ and feature an 18” tall, raised water feature wall at the Burgundy side of the pool
• Install associated pool equipment at grade near the Burgundy and Toulouse corner of the property in existing mechanical area
• New gas line to be run underground from the street to the new mechanical equipment
• Pool lighting to be white light only
