VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs to the building and balcony as per materials stamped VCC approved 05/13/2025. Work includes:
• Masonry and stucco repairs to match existing and as per VCC standard details (attached)
• Repair/replacement of deteriorated wood stringers and tongue and groove deck boards
• Repair to cast iron railing and outriggers to match existing
• Repair of millwork including shutters
• All repaired/replaced elements to be painted to match existing colors/sheens OR painting to be permitted separately

NOTE: Following completion of work, the approved temporary 4x4 posts installed as extra supports under the balcony are to be removed.
