Renovation (Structural) Permit

Constructed an interior wall app. 12 feet in length including two door units to form a private bedroom and closet. Performed minor repairs to drywall and painted all interior walls, ceilings, trim, and cabinets. Applied "sistering" to several existing joists to alleviate soft spots in floor. Sanded and refinished wood floors, changed ceramic, toilet, vanity in bathroom, and kitchen counter tops. Changed entry locks, deadbolts, porch ceiling fixture, and mailbox. Painted front exterior wall of structure and porch ceiling. Work already performed, as we weren't aware a permit was necessary for this type of project.
