Remove old shingles and felt down to bare decking. Replace any rotten/damaged decking. Use mechanical fasteners to screw metal rafters to wood decking. Install deck tape on all decking seams. Install 26 gauge drip edge and GAF self adhesive starter rolls on all rakes and eves. Install 2 layers of GAF Feltbuster synthetic felt on entire roof installing GAF Stormguard ice and water shield in valleys around chimneys and penetrations. Install GAF Timberline HDZ shingles (slate color, approximately 22 squares with waste). Install GAF Seal a ridge on all hips and ridges. Install new plumbing boots
