remove existing siding from front dormers, replace with new hardie plank cement board siding with new wall flashing; prep, caulk, and paint front dormers; furnish and install metal railing on front porch - one side of each steps on front porch-prime, prep and apply black paint to rails; remove and replace damaged wood frame around 3 existing windows on right and left side of house; repair exterior door frame on right side of house; furnish and apply power base coating on ther front chain wall of the house (tuck point expose brick); remove and replace existing gutter for new 6" seamless half round gutters and new 4" downspouts on front of house.
