1. Main house fortified roof: Remove the shingles and ridge tiles from the main house. Install new sheathing on top of the existing skip sheathing. Install new shingles. Install new ridge tiles to fortified standard. 2. Street facing side accessory building fortified roof: Remove the existing corrugated S-type metal roof. Install new sheathing on top of the existing skip sheathing. Install new shingles and ridge caps to fortified standard. 3. Rear accessory building non-fortified roof: Remove the existing corrugated S-type metal roof. Install new sheathing on top of the existing skip sheathing. Install new shingles and ridge caps. The existing geometry of the roofs will not change. The scope of the project is shown in the attached drawing.
