VCC General Work Permit

To repair the rear wall of the main building as Preservation Resource Center (façade easement) approval of 11/28/2022 and materials stamped VCC approved 11/30/2022. Work includes:
Removal of cracked stucco, latch, and sheathing from the wood framing of the rear wall
Repair/replacement/reinforcement of the wood framing
Application of sheathing, metal lath, and stucco mixed and applied as per VCC standard details (attached)

NOTE: Repaired condition to match the existing in all aspects. No changes to be made to the wall thickness, window depth, stucco details, stucco colors, etc.
