VCC General Work Permit

Renovation of 610 Bienville to serve as offices for the Hotel Monteleone, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 04/30/2025 & 05/01/2025.
Convert non-historic gallery to balcony, including new rail and structure
Replace first floor millwork with new. Must be single glazed, true divided lites, made from Spanish cedar, mahogany or red grandis.
Install four (4) HVAC condensers on roof of rear infill.

Submit separate VCC paint application before painting exterior.

NOTE: Submit shop drawings for all millwork and new balcony rail prior to fabrication and installation. New undergallery lighting will be necessary. Submit light fixture spec sheets and lamping info prior to purchase and installation.
