Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

This permit request is for the remodeling of an existing residential APT. 8411 only. No work is to be done on unit 8413. To be built as per plans.

. The scope of work includes both interior and exterior updates, as outlined below:

Interior Work:
Repair and replacement of damaged finishes, including drywall, lath and plaster, and insulation.
Replacement or refinishing of flooring materials.
Installation and updating of cabinetry, fixtures, and trim work.
Upgrading electrical and plumbing systems to meet current code standards.
Painting and refinishing of walls, ceilings, and interior woodwork.
 Remediate HVAC

Exterior Work:
Repair and repainting of the exterior siding, trim, and other finishes as needed.
Replacement of doors and windows to improve energy efficiency and safety.
Repairs to the roof, gutters, and downspouts, where required.
Maintenance of porches, steps, and walkways.
