Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Framing Install an estimated 40 linear ft of wood framed interior non-load bearing 2x4 walls and 20 linear feet of 2x6 walls, patch at rotted subfloors.
Electrical Wire bathrooms for switches, GFI’s, and light fixtures, provide and install specified new fixtures, repair outlets that are not working, install Electric for HVAC units, install news smoke alarms, and 10 year smoke/carbon monoxide alarms as required.
 Plumbing - Install new plumbing system to suite new lay out for two kitchen sinks, two dishwashers, five tubs, five lavatories, two washing machines and two water heaters. The sewer and
vents will be PVC and the water lines will be PEX. We will make a new sewer tie in on the City 6" sewer. Provide and install fixtures
 Drywall – Install 25 sheets of drywall at interior walls, Patch where necessary
HVAC Install Oxbox central AC systems at each Unit
Cabinets/Countertops Provide and install cabinets, granite counter tops, and Pulls
Trim Carpentry Install 6 new hallow core doors and trim, install baseboard at Bedroom 2 of 4021 Franklin, install
Tile  Install floor tile at bathrooms
Vanities Install new vanities provided by owner at bathrooms
Flooring Clean and seal tile at 4023, provide and install LVT flooring where tile removed at 4021 side
Haul Debris Remove Debris from worksite
